  1. The management of this institute will not responsible except for accommodation, food, electricity and water.
  2. The resident must pay the monthly rent in between1 to 10th day of every month. At the time of entrance, resident will have to pay advance rent of 3 months out of which 1 month’s rent will be considered as advanced non-refundable deposit.
  3. Late fee of Rs. 500/- will be levied if the rent is paid after the 10th day of the month. No explanations will be entertained.
  4. The rent for the current month or the Non-refundable deposit will not be refunded to the person vacating or being asked to vacate the property.
  5. One (1) month’s written notice addressed to the administrator is compulsory or else the advance rent (Non-refundable deposit) will not be refunded.
  6. Before vacating the institute, the furniture belonging to the institute must be returned to the administrator. If the property is damaged for any reason, the administrator will be authorised to decide the compensation amount which will need to be paid by the resident.
  7. The kitchen and the fridge cleaning should be carried out in turns, once every week and room wise. Any waste, such as fallen hair or shampoo pouches in the washrooms must be removed personally after every use. The charges will be levied to the members of the room in case of choked drainage/sewage.
  8. A resident must obtain the administrator’s permission if he/she is not going to be present during night. It is also compulsory to inform the administrator on returning.
  9. Do not allow visitors to enter the room. Every resident on premises must adhere to this rule.
  10. Under any circumstances, do not engage in conversation on the road located outside the institute. Using mobile phones after 12:00 AM is also prohibited.
  11. Do not be bothersome to other residents of Jash Apartments. Do not throw trash/waste out of the windows. Use the lifts as per the apartment policies.
  12. Vehicles must be parked orderly in a way that they do not bother other residents of Jash Apartment.
  13. It would be restricted to use the lights/bulbs during the day and do not let water taps running. A resident leaving the electric equipment turned on or water tap running behind will be penalised and it will be subject to the management.
  14. Do not use inappropriate language or make any type of misconduct or disorderly behavior with either residents or the employees of the institute. For this the institute’s decision will be final.
  15. The institute will not be responsible for any financial transactions done with room partners or with the employees of the institute.
  16. Do not draw or apply the nails or put up the posters on the walls or on the furniture in the room.
  17. Without the consent of the administrator a resident will not be able to shift the room or the furniture. Everyone should be careful about the safety of their and institute’s possessions.
  18. Institute or the administrator will not be responsible for the cases of theft or sabotage or in the cases of natural or man-made calamities. People taking P.G. Admission will have their personal responsibilities for such occurrences.
  19. The amount of electricity bills for the rooms with separate electric meters must be deposited in the institute in time.
  20. Kindly make a note that institute’s kitchen will be operating from 06:30 AM to 08:00 AM, during this time tea and breakfast or milk will be served. The timings for lunch will be from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM and dinner timings will be from 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM.
  21. Do not use the institute’s address without obtaining written permission from the administrator of the institute.
  22. As per the government rules and regulations the resident must submit the ID Proof and it is mandatory to fill up police inquiry form. If necessary, the rental agreement also need to be signed with us.
